1、综合写作

从话题来看，本月综合写作侧重于生物类话题，这四次考试的综合写作话题都是生物类的，建议同学们私底下多积累生物类话题的词汇。

2、独立写作

本月独立写作的四场考试用的都是过去考过的题目，从题型来看，本月有三场考试是二选一题型。话题是两场生活类，一场教育类和一场社会现象类。

5月8日（重复2016年12月10日 2019年1月12日考题）

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to travel abroad to visit different countries when you are younger rather than when you are older.

话题分析：这是一道典型的二选一题型，它的话题限制是哪个选项出国旅游更有好处，此处可根据两个选项的特点和需求出发，轻松想出三个理由。

5月15日（重复2021年4月21日及2020年9月家庭版考试考题）

Many students starting university must choose a major (main field of study at university), and parents of these students often give them advice about which major to choose. Some parents tell students to choose the major that most interests the students. Other parents tell students that it is best to choose a major that will lead to a job with a high salary, even if that major may not be the one that interests the students most. Which approach do you believe is better, and why?

话题分析：这也是一道比较经典的二选一题型，而且比较贴近学生的生活，理由和论据都是比较好想的，平时这类话题应该也是练的比较多，词汇储备上同学们应该是比较丰富的。

5月22日（重复2011年11月12日及2011年12月11日考题）

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Improving schools is the most important factor for the successful development of a country.

话题分析：这也是一道比较典型的题型，立场一定是不同意，然后去想另外两个对发展一个国家来说很重要的东西和理由就可以了。那对一个国家比较重要的东西还是比较好想的，比如科技，经济，环境，就业，社会体制的公平性等，同学们只要挑两个你们觉得比较好展开的点写就可以了。

5月26日（重复2020年10月10日及2019年12月1日考题）

Some charitable organizations (groups that help people in need) allow people who give money to charity to choose how their donations will be used. (For example, people can decide whether their donated money is spent directly on goods and services for people in need or on advertising by the charity.) If you were to give money to charity, would you prefer to choose how your donation is going to be used, or do you think it is more effective to leave that decision to the organization? Why?
